The rotary pink auto is transferring initiative aimed at empowering women from marginalised section of society in Mumbai by providing them with Self-employment opportunities as licensed Auto Rickshaw drivers/owners.

A single woman earning an independent livelihood uplifts an entire family — she can ensure better nutrition, better education for her children, and a dignified life. Rotary club of Mumbai lakers seeks to be an enabler of this Change in Society.

Objective of giving 20 Women - 20 Pink autos is

• Empower women to become self- reliant and financially independent.
• ⁠Provide - skill based training to operate auto rickshaw safely and professionally.
• ⁠Support family welfare- by creating a sustainable source of dignified income.
• ⁠Enhance public safety & social inclusion- by increasing the presence of women auto drivers, especially for women passengers safety.

We ensure end to end support

• Vehicle procurement - ownership in their respective names to ensure responsibility & self sufficiency.
• ⁠Training and licensing - driving and safety training with RTO trainers to get them driving licence.

By our this initiative women gain respect , sustainable income and uplifting entire family hence community.
