2017-2018

We, Rotary club of Mumbai Lakers strongly believes into “Charity begins at home”.

If we want our nation to transform into a super power on global map, we have to first bring change in ourselves. We need to selflessly contribute to society around us to bring that change.

Taking this pledge forward, we have been actively involved into creating more awareness in our society through free basic education for less privileged of us and also through awakening of teaching faculties who are into teaching higher education so they can evolve their students to do something meaningful to their society to bring desired transformation.

To fulfil our pledge, we collaborated with Chinmaya Mission to start the program “Transforming Indians to Transform India” for the teachers as well as staff of Sinhgad Spring Dale School, Chandivali. This workshop is being conducted by trainers of Chinmaya Mission.

There are Seven modules, each of 1 hour. The 7 workshops cover following

  1. Emotional Transformation
  2. Patriotic Transformation
  3. Intellectual Transformation
  4. Spiritual Transformation
  5. Physical Transformation
